SUMMARY - Technical Sales and Marketing manager with 26 years of broad-based experience in embedded systems and semiconductors. Specific expertise with microprocessor based development tools including In-Circuit Emulators (ICE), Compilers, and CAD development tools for Integrated Circuit Design.

Principal, Peachtree Webs , Roswell, GA 2006 - Present

Website development and hosting for small businesses in the Atlanta, GA area. Target market are local businesses such as accounting firms, screen printing shops, contractors, small retailers, interior design companies, etc who primarily only want a web presence.

Special Note Regarding years 1994 through 2006: Employment for 1994 - 2006 was more of an evolution of the same job and duties rather than a number of different jobs. The only real changes were reporting structures and territories.

At EMA (1994-1996) I specialized in CPU in-circuit emulator (ICE) sales in the Atlanta, GA area with Orion Instruments (Sunnyvale, CA) and Yokogawa Digital (Tokyo, JP) being my primary principals. In 1996 I formed my own company, Pro Solutions with Orion Instruments and Yokogawa as my main principals and became an employee at Orion in 1997 managing the Eastern half of the US and Canada. In 1999 Orion was closed because of financial mismanagement caused by poor management (my opinion) so, left without a job I restarted my rep company and represented Yokogawa exclusively for the Eastern US and Canada.

In 2002 I became a direct employee of Yokogawa Corporation of America (YCA is a holding company for many divisions of Yokogawa Electric in the US) and established the In-Circuit Emulator business unit as National Sales and Marketing Manager for NA. This is a much smaller business than it may appear, as we never exceeded $2 million in total sales in North America. In 2006 due to declining sales in both Japan and US Yokogawa downsized to 1 support person and I was laid off in the process. Being extremely tired of business travel I took 2006 off for personal projects and start a small (very) business, which was a bigger project than anticipated, Peachtree Webs and is non-revenue producing as of yet.
